Mayor Dylan Parker's Christmas Card Competition

The 2025 Mayor’s Christmas card competition is open now to open to all students in Kindergarten to Year 6 who attend schools in the Randwick Local Government Area (LGA). Even if you live outside Randwick LGA, you’re eligible to enter as long as you attend a school within the LGA.

The selected artwork from each category will also be showcased as Mayor Dylan Parker’s official Christmas card for 2025 and will also be displayed on street banners flying in town centres!

Who can Enter

The competition is open to all students in Kindergarten to Year 6 who attend schools in the Randwick Local Government Area (LGA). Even if you live outside Randwick LGA, you’re eligible to enter as long as you attend a school within the LGA.
There are three categories for entries:

  • Kindergarten to Year 2
  • Years 3-4
  • Years 5-6

How to Enter

  1. Click the link to download the Entry Form.
  2. Email your completed entry form with artwork by 4pm on Friday, 10 October 2025.
  3. Please note that only one entry per student is allowed.

Prizes

There will be a First, Second and Third prize winner in each category each receiving a gift card prize (details below). The selected artwork from each category will also be showcased as Mayor Dylan Parker’s official Christmas card for 2025 and will also be displayed on street banners flying in town centres!

Judging and Announcement

Winners will be selected by Mayor Cr. Dylan Parker in late October. Winners will be notified by their school via email and phone, and their first names and schools will be published on Randwick City Council’s website.

Randwick City Council will handle all entries in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and only entries that meet the Terms and Conditions will be considered.
