Reconciliation Action Plan

Randwick City Council is developing a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen our commitment to reconciliation and foster positive relationships with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

There are four stages to the reconciliation journey. A Reflect RAP is the first stage in an organisation’s reconciliation journey. It provides a structured framework to build strong, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. By committing to a Reflect RAP, organisations take the time to deepen their understanding, develop genuine connections, and shape a clear vision for reconciliation. This foundational phase allows organisations to explore their sphere of influence and prepare meaningfully for future reconciliation efforts.
