Update to payment process for Fire Safety related invoices
We’re updating the way Fire Safety related fees are paid through our Online Services portal. These payments will now be made under the “Tax Invoice” section.
What’s changing
- Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) invoices will now be issued after you submit your AFSS, rather than with your renewal letter.
- Your new payment reference number will appear on your next AFSS invoice. Previous reference numbers will no longer be accepted.
- You will begin receiving monthly statements for any outstanding Fire Safety related fees.
