As of 1 July 2025, changes to the Home Modification and Maintenance Service will come into effect. This change aligns with the Australian Government's introduction of the Support at Home program, which aims to streamline and enhance in-home aged care services nationwide. ​

The Department of Health and Aged Care have advised that Home Modification Solutions is appointed as the new Home Modification and Maintenance Service for the region.
