Light rail services in Randwick

Randwick is served by two light rail lines:

  • L2 Randwick Line
  • L3 Kingsford Line

The light rail provides frequent services between the City and key destinations such as Randwick Town Centre, Kingsford, Kensington, the University of NSW, the Prince of Wales Hospital, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Centennial Parklands and Moore Park.

Payment

Public transport in Sydney can be paid using an Opal Card, contactless credit or debit cards or mobile devices. The amount you pay depends on how far you travel using public transport. You must 'tap on' at the start of your trip, and 'tap off' at the end, to ensure you are paying the correct fare.
