UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 LICENCE OF
COMMUNITY LAND

Part Grant Reserve & Goldstein Reserve

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as Part Grant Reserve & Goldstein Reserve as set-out below.

Land: Property known as Part Coogee Beach amenities building, Grant Reserve & Goldstein Reserve (R82505) 199R Arden Street, Coogee.

Term of Proposed Licence: Eight years. Commences 4 April 2022 and expires 2 April 2030.

Proposed Licensee: Transdev John Holland Buses (NSW) Pty Ltd

Purpose of Proposed Licence: Driver’s toilet facility [and meal room].

Land: Property known as Part Clovelly Beach amenities/bus shelter building, Bundock Park & Clovelly Bathing Reserve (R35571) 409R Clovelly Road, Clovelly.

Term of Proposed Licence: Eight years. Commences 4 April 2022 and expires 2 April 2030.

Proposed Licensee: Transdev John Holland Buses (NSW) Pty Ltd

Purpose of Proposed Licence: Driver’s toilet facility [and meal room].
