UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 LICENCE OF
COMMUNITY LAND

Clovelly Early Childhood Health Centre

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as 40 Arden Street, Clovelly as set-out below.

Land: Property known as Clovelly Early Childhood Health Centre, 40 Arden Street, Clovelly.
Term of Proposed Licence: Five years. Commences 1 December 2021 and expires 30 November 2026.
Proposed Licensee: South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: . Midwifery clinic

Alison Park Reserve

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as Alison Park Reserve as set-out below.

Land: Property known as KU Children’s Services, Randwick & Coogee Child Care, 17 Frances Street, Randwick.
Term of Proposed Licence: Three years. Commences 1 January 2022 and expires 31 December 2024.
Proposed Licensee: KU Children’s Services.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Childcare Centre.

Sunstrip Pool (Wylies Baths) Reserve

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as Sunstrip Pool (Wylies Baths) Reserve R35160 as set-out below.

Land: Property known as Wylies Baths, 4B Neptune Street, Coogee.
Term of Proposed Licence: Three years. Commences 1 January 2022 and expires 31 December 2024.
Proposed Licensee: Wylies Baths Trust Incorporated.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Ocean pool, large elevated deck, women’s & men’s change rooms/bathrooms, kiosk, storeroom/first aid room & caretakers cottage.
