UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 LICENCE OF COMMUNITY LAND
Part J. V. Dick Reserve Licence
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence for the premises on the land known as Part J. V. Dick Reserve as set-out below.
Land: Property known as 51-61 Dolphin Street, Coogee, being Part J. V. Dick Reserve (D500159).
Term of Proposed Licence: Three (3) years. Commences 1 April 2026 and expires 31 March 2029.
Proposed Licensee: Randwick Labor Club Limited (ABN 35 000 353 417)
Purpose of Proposed Licence: The site shall be used by the Licensee as a lawn bowling club.

Alfresco Randwick – on-road activation on Perouse Road
In accordance with the Roads Act 1993, the Alfresco Randwick Program trial ‘on road’ activation is classified as the use of a footway or public open space, as an outdoor dining area associated with lawful food and drink premises. Council proposes to grant a temporary Licence on the roadway for two businesses as set-out below.
Location: On-road space at 69 Perouse Road, Randwick.
Term of Proposed Licence: 12 months commencing 1st March 2026 and expires 1st March 2027.
Proposed Licensee: Maybe Frank Randwick
Purpose of Proposed Licence: The site shall be used by the Licensee for the operation of outdoor dining space, provision of food and beverage.
