UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 LICENCE OF COMMUNITY LAND

Bardon Park Reserve Licence

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence for the premises on the land known as Bardon Park Reserve as set-out below.

Land: Property known as Coogee Croquet Club at Bardon Park Reserve (R89182), 3 Smithfield Avenue, Coogee.
Term of Proposed Licence: Three (3) years. Commences 1 July 2023 and expires 30 June 2026.
Proposed Licensee: Coogee Croquet Club Incorporated (Y0048644)
Purpose of Proposed Licence: The site shall be used by the Licensee for conducting a croquet club and ancillary uses.

Latham Park Reserve Licence

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to grant a Licence for the premises on the land known as Latham Park Reserve as set-out below.

Land: Property known as South Coogee Bowling Club at Latham Park Reserve (R72933), 5-7R Henning Avenue, South Coogee.
Term of Proposed Licence: Three (3) years. Commences 17 May 2023 and expires 16 May 2026.
Proposed Licensee: South Coogee Bowling Club Limited (ABN 77 000 142 174)
Purpose of Proposed Licence: The site shall be used by the Licensee as a Bowling Club.
