Licence of community land

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993. Council proposes to grant a licence for part of the premises on the land known as

Heffron Park Reserve Licence
Land: Property known as Store 4 Central East Amenities Building Heffron Park , 417-439R Bunnerong Road, Matraville being part of Heffron Park Reserve (R81741).
Term of Proposed Licence: Three (3) years. Commences 1 July 2019 and expires 30 June 2022.
Proposed Licensee: Eastern Suburbs Cycling Club
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Cycle Club storage and ancillary club use

Heffron Park Reserve Licence

Proposed Licensee: Randwick Botany Cycling Club
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Cycle Club Storage & Ancillary Club use.

Heffron Park Reserve Licence
Land: Property known as Heffron Park Indoor Sports Centre, 417-439R Bunnerong Road, Maroubra, being part of Heffron Park Reserve (R81741)
Term of Proposed Licence: One (1) year commences 1 September 2019 and expires 31 August 2020.
Proposed Licensee: Eastern Suburbs Tennis Association Inc.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Occupation of Indoor Sports Centre.

Community Reserve Licence
Land: Property known as part of the Matraville Youth & Cultural Hall site, 1-5R Knowles Avenue, Matraville Public Recreation Reserve (R90782)
Term of Proposed Lease: One (1) year. Commences 1 August 2019 and expires 31 July 2020.
Proposed Lessee: Mr N & Mrs M Papadopoulos.
Purpose of Proposed Lease: Access through reserve
