Licence of Community Land
Annabel House 21 Munda Street, Randwick
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as Randwick Community Centre as set-out below.
Land: Property known as Anabel House, 21 Munda Street, Randwick.
Term of Proposed Licence: Five years. Commences 9 June 2026 and expires 8 June 2031.
Proposed Licensee: One & All Ltd.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Disability day program and community hub.
