UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 LEASE OF COMMUNITY LAND

15B Snape Street, Maroubra

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Lease for the land known as 15B Snape Street, Maroubra as set-out below.

Land: Pt Lot 588, DP752015, known as Snape Park Tennis Centre, 15B Snape Street, Maroubra
Term of Proposed Lease: 5 + 5 years
Proposed Lessee: Tennis centre operator
Purpose of Proposed Lease: Snape Park Tennis Centre
