UNDER SECTION 47 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 – LICENCE OF COMMUNITY LAND

Cromwell Park

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council proposes to grant a Licence for an area within the land known as Cromwell Park Reserve as set-out below.

Land: Part property known as boat storage area, Cromwell Park Reserve (R81544) 2R Bay Parade, Malabar.
Term of Proposed Licence: Three years. Commences 1 May 2024 and expires 30 April 2027.
Proposed Licensee: Malabar Boat Owners & Sea Rescue Club Inc.
Purpose of Proposed Licence: Storage of no more than 35 open fishing crafts and emergency launch for sea rescue operations.
