Land Classification Proposal

Randwick City Council is proposing to classify five lots within SP111292 located at 137A, 137B and 137C Anzac Parade, Kensington, NSW as operational land pursuant to sections 31 & 34 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Totalling 484m² of total floor space, comprising 3 x one bedroom + study, and 2 x two bedroom + study units, the lots have been dedicated to Council for the provision of affordable housing under the terms of a Voluntary Planning Agreement and are available to eligible households.

Council welcomes community comments on this proposal. Submissions in writing, clearly headed ‘Proposed operational land classification, 137A, 137B and 137C Anzac Parade, Kensington’ should be submitted by email or post to:
