Advisory Committees
Advisory Committees play an important role in ensuring community voices are heard in local decision-making. These committees bring together residents, community representatives and stakeholders to work directly with Councillors and Council officers to provide insights and feedback – particularly from sectors of the community sometimes under represented in traditional consultations.

Resilience Advisory Committee
This Committee provides advice on tackling emergencies like severe storms, flooding and pandemics. -
Arts and Culture Advisory Committee
This Committee provides advice on arts and cultural matters in the Randwick LGA. -
Youth Advisory Committee
This Committee gives an opportunity for young people to have a say on community issues that affect them and their peers. -
Cultural Diversity & Equity Advisory Committee
This Committee provides advice on social cohesion and the ongoing vibrancy of Randwick City. -
Access & Older Persons Advisory Committee
This Committee gives an opportunity for older residents & people with lived experience of disability to offer advice on accessibility and inclusion.
