Clovelly Catchment Flood Study

Coral Sea Park Maroubra Playground Upgrade

Coogee Shared Space

Randwick Council has been working with local businesses in Coogee to assist them through the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve heard that they have been hard hit with restrictions on patron numbers for cafes and restaurants. They are asking for more space for social distancing and outdoor dining. To support businesses and our local community navigate COVID-19 safely we are proposing to create more footpath space on Coogee Bay Rd for outdoor dining and to help people spread out.

Queens Park Pedestrian and Cycle Pathway

Centennial Parklands is one of the most popular public spaces in Sydney, with over 31 million visitors each year. We also provide safe and accessible shared pathways around the Parklands connecting users with surrounding regional cycling networks. An important ‘missing link’ in this regional active transport network is Darley Road between Carrington and York Roads from the eastern suburbs of Waverley, Bronte and Clovelly west to Queens Park, Centennial Park and the city beyond. The pathway will significantly improve safety for children, pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists along Darley Road between Carrington and York Roads.

Bad Bollards

We're calling on residents to help identify any bollards on paths which may be problematic for cyclists or other users such as those with prams, motorised wheelchairs or runners. The data gathered will be collated and staff will undertake a program to investigate each site.
