Regular feedback on Council's progress in delivering the community’s aspirations is delivered to the community through quarterly progress reports and Annual Reports.
These reports focus on Council's implementation of the Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
In the year of each ordinary Council election, the Annual Report also contains the State of our City Report, which assesses progress with respect to the implementation and effectiveness of the Community Strategic Plan.

Quarterly Progress Reports
Council updates the community about its progress on specific projects and services every three months in Quarterly Progress Reports. Progress reports for the 2025-29 Delivery program and 2025-26 Operational Plan are provided below.
