Beach Breaks
Beach Breaks will return on Sunday 19 July 2026!
Beach Breaks is a free community event that celebrates the proud and colourful surfing history and culture of Maroubra Beach. Located at Maroubra Beach Promenade (near the Cr of McKeon Street and Marine Parade) and McKeon St Plaza.
Enjoy live music, stalls, food, entertainment, kids activities and much more throughout the day.

Australian Surfing Walk of Fame
The Australian Surfing Walk of Fame is a presentation that takes place during our Beach Breaks event, where the achievements and dedication of local surfers and surf lifesavers are recognised.

Surfing Southern Beaches Storm Teams Challenge
Surfing Southern Beaches Storm Teams Challenge, is a new surfing teams event that incorporates boardriders teams from Bondi through to La Perouse.
The following teams are set to compete at this event:

- North Maroubra Surf Riders
