Coogee Carols Is coming to town!

Coogee Carol is back!

Randwick City Council presents the 22nd Annual Coogee Carols at the Goldstein Reserve, Coogee Beach on Sunday, 17 December from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.

This free event draws an audience from local and surrounding areas to celebrate community, family and the spirit of Christmas, opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in the world for a relaxed night of fun for everyone to enjoy.

Traffic and public transport information

To allow for the audience to safely depart after the event, Arden Street between Carr and Bream Streets, and Coogee Bay Road between Arden and Vicar Street will be closed,  between 8:00pm and 9:15pm.

Please Note: Buses only will be allowed on Arden St between Carr St and Dolphin St under police direction and 10Km/H speed limit will be in place and ENFORCED BY POLICE in that section of road.

Carpark closures

Coogee Parking Area on Dolphin Street near the Coogee Pavilion will be closed from 12noon to 10pm on Sunday 17 December.

Restricted access areas

At the conclusion of the carols at 8.30pm there will be a five-minute fireworks display. To ensure a safe launch site, there will be an exclusion zone in Dunningham Reserve near the Bali Memorial and a small section of the Northern end of Coogee Beach. These areas will be restricted to public access from approximately 4:00pm – 10:30pm.
