Kensington Park Sportsfields (also known as Kensington Oval) is an attractive recreational sports facility set among mature Canary Island palms and fig trees. The park is a popular venue for local sporting teams as it offers a first class cricket pitch, a site for rugby union matches, and a grandstand that provides optimum spectator facilities including public toilets, player’s facilities and a kiosk on match days. There is also a basketball hoop and nearby there is a playground and community centre.
