The Randwick Literary Institute (RLI) is a popular multi-room community centre. The foundation stone was laid in 1913 and the building was completed in 1925. There are four halls available for hire, two of which are carpeted and two with wooden flooring. It is a busy venue hired by various organisations providing classes and workshops on dancing, art and craft, yoga, fitness and is home to the local playgroup within a secure garden area.

The RLI does NOT accept bookings for children’s or other parties. Please note: disability access to the RLI is currently limited to the garden area only. Toilets are currently not wheelchair accessible.

Whilst the current Public Health Order and NSW Health rules for NSW no longer imposes density limits for Council’s community halls, we do ask hirers to be mindful of the requirement to maintain safe physical distance and therefore manage the numbers included in their activity accordingly.
