The Administration Building is in Frances Street, Randwick and where approximately 400 (of 700) Council staff work. The Customer Service Centre is located on the Ground Floor of the Administration Building – it is the one-stop-shop open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) for all of Council’s services, including change of address, community information, parking permits, Development Application lodgement, tree preservation and more. The Administration Building provides face-to-face service to residents and ratepayers.
