NOTE: Our Customer Service Centre is closed from Wednesday 1 April 2020. We're still here to help online or on 1300 722 542 during office hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm excluding public holidays).

The Administration Building is in Frances Street, Randwick and where approximately 300 (of 800) Council staff work. The Customer Service Centre is located on the Ground Floor of the Administration Building – it is the one-stop-shop open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) for all of Council’s services, including change of address, community information, parking permits, Development Application lodgement, tree preservation and more. The Administration Building provides face-to-face service to residents and ratepayers.
