Kingsford Town Centre Study

Town Centre Survey

Council has employed PlaceScore to conduct a detailed place assessment of the Kingsford Town Centre, along Anzac Parade.

Kingsford requires particular focus due to the nature of the area and unique business mix. In order to understand the community’s priorities and expectations a detailed assessment is underway to determine what soft and hard investment can be delivered to have the most impact.

The assessment will be based on community and business consultation focusing on what they would like to see and what the issues currently exist. It will provide an overall 'Place Score' as well as reveal what is working well, what areas the community would like Council to focus on and what may be impacting them negatively. Following this work a detailed place report covering results, the existing state and future vision and relevant elements will be produced for consideration and implementation.

If you would like to be involved follow the survey link above and share your thoughts.
