Matraville Precinct

Matraville Precinct comprises the suburb of Matraville and part of Chifley.

Key areas of interest include: Beautifying Matraville, reducing heavy vehicle movements in residential streets and improving road safety, and getting locals involved in the precinct to create a feeling of community.

"Campaigning to stop the Opal and Suez Waste Incinerator proved that the Matraville community are passionate in what they believe in, and always band together when the going gets tough. Keep chipping away and the results will come." - Steve, past Chair of the Precinct.
