There are plenty of fantastic events and activities happening this week.

Come see what La Perouse Museum has to offer at an exciting Open Day on Saturday 13 April between 10am and 2pm. Enjoy a free cup of coffee, some music, and check out three new exhibitions! Housed in the historic Cable Station building on the iconic northern headland of the Kamay Botany Bay National Park, the museum hosts over 2000 historical items.

If you haven’t been to one of Council’s Saturday Circle programs at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, I encourage you to take a look. This exciting initiative provides workshops covering how to mend textiles, grow food for wildlife, fix and maintain your bike, and more.

The Women’s Art Prize exhibition is in its final weeks at Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra. I encourage you to visit the library to see the beautiful and inspiring works of dozens of talented women in our community. The exhibition closes on Sunday 21 April.

Randwick City Library also has a range of excellent activities in different languages, as well as regular events such as storytime for young children, Chess Club, and Tai Chi.
