A beautiful, expressive art with a rich repertoire of moves using all parts of the body, from the head to the toes. You'll try iconic movements such as the shimmy, hip drop, circle and snake arms; and we'll put it all together into a short routine that you can show off to your friends!

This workshop is for 16+ females only.

No experience required. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that you can move in.
