This Thursday 14 September is R U OK? Day, a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that we’ve all got what it takes to ask, ‘are you ok?’ and support those struggling with life.
All life is valued, but sometimes we may not feel that way. On R U OK? Day, we encourage you to connect with others, share conversations and learn how to ask for help.
