Through a series of specially tailored creative sessions, we provide a supportive space to gain deeper insights into a huge life milestone that so many of us try to navigate alone. The sessions also include expert childcare support from doulas, post-partum practitioners and baby specialists.

Your course facilitator, Amy Goldman-Kaplan, is a trained art and Montessori educator with a wealth of experience designing and facilitating art and wellbeing programs. Amy is passionate about using art as therapy and her work in this area, spanning the last 16 years, has included working with Rites of Passage programs, indigenous communities, schools, disability care, women's spaces, mental health groups, leadership training and personal development pathways.

No prior art experience required. Limited spots, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
