Our favourite week of the year is approaching and what better way to celebrate than gathering together to talk, learn, share and marvel in all things compost! Bring along your stories as well as any burning questions you have for us to answer in live time!

Sunday 5 May - Simplifying & demystifying composting and worm farming & composting for beginners - 2-3pm @ the Sustainable Classroom

Get a wriggle on and join our in person composting and worm farming workshop for beginners. Hosted by Ella Cottee at Randwick’s Sustainability Hub you will learn the basics of setting up your system, tips and tricks to get it thriving and get your hands dirty as you learn about the different stages of decomposition.

Tuesday 7 May - Online workshop for basics, levelling up and troubleshooting  6-7pm

Join the queen of compost, Kate Flood on an online journey for both beginners as well as seasoned composters and worm farmers. Learn to start your compost bin or worm farm with Kate's expert guidance. Get answers to tricky questions and unlock secrets to elevate your gardening game. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Saturday 11 May - Learn about composting and worm farming from a local expert - 2-4pm @ Rosebay Community Garden

Come along to our beginners workshop in the beautiful surrounds of our Rose Bay community garden to learn all you need to know about home composting and worm farming. Our expert and local resident Emma will give you step by step instructions and teach you how to turn your kitchen and garden organics into nutrient rich compost!
