Randwick City Council is conducting a telephone community satisfaction survey of 1,000 randomly selected Randwick City residents throughout September 2014.

The survey is being conducted by Micromex Research on behalf of Council and participation is entirely optional.

If you receive a phone call, we would strongly value your involvement as the results help us understand community attitudes and perceptions about Council's current services and help us plan future projects and services.

We appreciate that phone calls to home telephone numbers can be disruptive at times, however this method is still one of the most effective ways to get an accurate representation of the views of the Randwick City community. The caller may ask to speak to somebody of a particular gender or age bracket to ensure we have a demographically representative sample.

We will also be conducting an online communications survey in September/October 2014 to find out how people like to receive information about Council. Lookout for the flyer in your mailbox or sign up to Randwick enews to receive an alert.
