The Australian Government is introducing aged care reforms to improve services and support for older people, both now and into the future. From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home program will replace the Home Care Packages Program and Short-Term Restorative Care Program.

Holdsworth is here to help. We're hosting free one-on-one information sessions about the aged care reforms.
