Mind+Move is a tailored social and wellbeing hub for seniors providing an exciting range of activities.

Taught by leading professionals, our aim is to make you the best version of yourself, plus more.

Across all weekdays, Mind+Move offers a diverse and exciting range of health and wellness activities, plus day trips to popular destinations such as botanical gardens, beach trips and many more.
