Funk Engine is back at Kalyx for the fourth time. We love them! Funk Engine is more than a band - it’s a machine built for groove. At its core, the group locks in with the precision of an engine: each player a moving part that powers the whole, generating unstoppable momentum. Led by bassist and groove-architect Siebe Pogson, the Sydney quintet features saxophonist Nishcal Manjunath, pianist Nicholas Twiney, guitarist Timo Jokela and drummer Deva Permana.
