Unleash your creativity and step into the world of custom design with Randwick City Council’s special two‑week workshop in celebration of Youth Week. This hands‑on experience invites young people to transform everyday clothing into bold, personalised fashion statements.

Led by local street artist Joe, founder of SignsbyJoe, the workshop gives participants the chance to design their own custom apparel using stencils, freehand techniques, fabric markers and more. Joe will guide attendees through the creative process, helping them turn a simple T‑shirt into a unique piece of wearable art.

The workshop begins with an introduction to design inspiration and core fashion principles, supporting young people as they develop their ideas into visual concepts. From there, participants dive straight into practical creation, experimenting with materials and techniques to bring their designs to life.
