What’s planned for the Heffron Centre Community Celebration Day?

The full South Sydney Rabbitohs team, local musician Kobie Dee, as well as plenty of entertainment, games, football clinics and food trucks will be on the cards for the Community Celebration Day at the Heffron Centre on Saturday 1 July. We hope to see you all there to be part of it!
What's in store?
Exhibition games
Two awesome exhibition games will be played on the day and are not to be missed!
- 11am - Wheelchair Rugby League match (indoor court 1&2)
- 2.30pm – 4.30pm – Futsalroos Vs Soloman Islands (outdoor field)
On the main stage
There will be entertainment acts all day at the main stage, with a live DJ playing in between performances.
- 11.30am – Anieszka
- 12pm – Formal proceedings
- 1pm – Aya Yves
- 1:45pm - Mungmung
- 2.30pm – Kobie Dee - headline act!
Football clinics
The South Sydney Rabbitohs will be running football clinics all day at 15 minute intervals between 11am and 3pm.

Formal proceedings
Join us for the official ceremony to open the centre to the community!
- Smoking ceremony – 11am
- Speeches and ribbon cutting – 12:45pm
Throughout the day
There will be tons to do all day at the celebration! Check out the food trucks on site, the inflatable obstacle course, face painting, roving bubble entertainers, as well as sports to play all around the centre.
