Pensioner Concession Application form Application for Council Pensioner Concession Rates RebateIf joint owners occupy the property and are eligible for a pensioner concession, a separate form will need to be completed by each eligible owner to receive the maximum rebate, otherwise only a partial rebate may be granted. Voluntary RebateRandwick Council voluntarily provides an additional rebate (totally funded by Council) for eligible pensioners. The maximum amount of this voluntary rebate is $100 per annum. Additional InformationRandwick City Council will determine your eligibility to receive a rebate of up to $250 on your rates account. You may also be eligible to receive up to $87.50 on your annual water charges and up to $87.50 off your annual sewerage charges, if Randwick City Council provides these services.
