The purpose of collecting this survey information is to inform Council’s evaluation of the Market Trial Program. All information collected is anonymised. Forms will be stored electronically in Council's electronic document management system. Access to information provided is limited to RCC officers and third parties which require the information to deliver the requested service. Members of the public will not be provided with access to the personal details contained on Council forms.
