At 52, Jane's redundancy from a lifelong public service career prompted her to publish 'Thrive in Midlife' and launch a business helping others with non-fiction book writing. Jane will be sharing strategies, including using learning styles methodologies and understanding the 'Journey the Hero Takes' framework, to make your book more relatable and engaging.

One topic Jane will address is the counterproductivity of attempting to write while under stress. Saulan Beverley Yin-Lo will demonstrate techniques to switch off your stress response, allowing you to maximise your writing sessions and make progress on your book.
