Library fees & charges
Membership of Randwick City Library is free; however, there are some small fees for lost or damaged items and additional services. Our fees are detailed below:

Damaged/Lost Item Penalties or Replacement Charges
In the event of a borrower refusing to pay any of the Library Services charges outlined below, their membership shall be withdrawn. Once processed, charges for lost or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Randwick City Council residents with valid Health Care, Senior Health Care, Pension Concession or Veteran cards are eligible for free membership.
