You can access NSW Statutory Declaration Forms or Commonwealth Statutory Declarations online.
You can find a local JP Community Desk, however it's a good idea to confirm details via the organiser's website or call before setting off to be sure the service is running. To view a complete list of Justice of the Peace (JP) officers available in your local area, use the JP Public Register. Search by a range of parameters including postcode, day of availability and language spoken.
Do you need to complete a Commonwealth statutory declaration? Did you know that you can create and download a digital Commonwealth statutory declaration in English using the myGov website or the myGov app? Your Digital Identity will be used to verify your identity and ensure your declaration is legally binding without the need for a physical witness. For more information, please visit myGov.
The JP services provided at Margaret Martin Library are kindly supported by the New South Wales Justices Association Eastern Suburbs Branch.
