Below is the form to register your access to ATARNotes+. To be approved for access you need to be:
1. A library member.
2. Currently a high school student.
Once approved, a link inviting you to set up your ATARNotes+ account will be issued to your nominated email address, allowing you to set your own password and log in. Please note: ATARNotes+ accounts that become inactive for 6 months may be expired.

To register a young person aged under 16, parental consent, proof of parent and child identity and residential address are requirements. For example, NSW Driver Licence of parent or guardian and Medicare Card with both parent and child names.
If you are a student aged 16 or over, proof of your identity, e.g. your student card, is a requirement for Digital Membership. However, if General Membership is preferred, proof of your residential address is also required, e.g. NSW Driver Licence or mobile phone bill.
