Personal Training

Participants can train 1-on-1 or with a friend (2-on-1) during 45 minute sessions with a DRLC trainer.

5 session pack or 10 session pack available.  Included in your personal training package is:

  • Personalised training programs
  • Nutritional guidance and advice
  • Goal setting, measuring and tracking
  • Health and well being support
