Personal Training
Participants can train 1-on-1 or with a friend (2-on-1) during 45 minute sessions with a DRLC trainer.
Included in your personal training package is:
- Personalised training programs
- Nutritional guidance and advice
- Goal setting, measuring and tracking
- Health and well being support
Small Group Training
Small Group Training (SGT) is ideal if you are training for an event, a competition or simply want to workout with a few friends!
With a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 12, SGT offers personalised and specialised training.
Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and are available over various days and times to suit participants.
- 10 week term/ 1 session per week or
- 5 week term/ 2 sessions per week
