The spacious setting over 900m2 accommodates the latest Techno Gym cardio equipment, along with a vast range of resistance and functional training equipment.
DRLC has four dedicated group fitness areas with classes catering to all health and fitness levels:
- Group Fitness Studio offering popular Les Mills classes as well as more traditional circuit, boxing, Pilates and yoga classes;
- Functional Training Studio
- Cycle studio for a massive calorie burn and endorphin high
- Competition Pool offers low impact Aqua Aerobics
