Welcome to the DRLC Members Online Portal!

First create your account, then gain access to the following:

  • purchase memberships
  • suspend existing memberships
  • book into group fitness classes (24 hours in advance/ members only)
  • purchase & top-up multi visit passes
  • update your personal information including bank details
  • view lane availability (in facilities)

How do I create an account?

You will need to log in (top right) and navigate down to create an account.

Existing Members/ Pass Holders: please enter the email address associated with your membership/ pass in the membership number or email address field (the email address we have on record for you).
You will then be emailed a link to create your DRLC online account.

New Members and/or Customers: please enter your email address in the membership number or email address field.
You will then be emailed a link to create your DRLC online account.

How to purchase a membership

  • Log into your account (existing members) or create a new account
  • go to home page
  • select memberships
  • select either facility membership (direct debit and upfront payments) or aquatic membership (upfront only)
  • select desired membership option
  • follow the prompts for personal information including start date
  • proceed to payment
  • once a membership has been processed you will receive a confirmation email

How to purchase a multi-visit pass

  • Log into your account (existing members) or create a new account
  • go to home page
  • select passes
  • select buy pass
  • select desired pass option
  • follow the prompts for personal information including start date
  • proceed to payment
  • once this has been processed you will receive a confirmation email

How to book/cancel a group fitness class

  • Log into your account
  • go to home page
  • select Group Fitness
  • select class you wish to attend
  • follow the prompts to book your position
  • you will receive a barcode/ class confirmation

Attending a class

  • when you come to DRLC for your class, scan your membership card to gain access into the facility
  • proceed to the appropriate group fitness studio or area and present the barcode / class-confirmation on your phone to the instructor; i.e. you do not need to obtain a class pass from reception
  • the instructor will mark you off their role

NOTE: please ensure you have been marked off the role, as regular “no-shows” will not be permitted to book group fitness classes for one month

Cancelling a group fitness booking

  • log into your account
  • navigate to group fitness web tile / admission tickets
  • you will see the option to cancel the booking

What to do on your first visit

  • Present to DRLC reception desk with I.D and confirmation email
  • Receive your membership card or multi-visit pass

      - If you have purchased a concession membership or pass, your concession card will also need to be shown and validated by DRLC staff prior to card being issued.
      - Concession entry is only permitted to Commonwealth Pension Concession Card Holders.

  • DRLC staff will take your photo for account identification

Once your card has been activated to access the centre simply scan your membership card (barcode) at reception gates.
If you are going to the Gym, repeat this process at the gym reception gates.

Note - existing members/ pass holders – you do not need to do this.
Once you have created your online account your membership or pass will work as normal.

  • log into your account
  • go to home page
  • select dashboard (here is where you can manage all aspects of your account)
  • Memberships
    • Purchase a new membership
    • View details of existing membership
    • Suspend an existing membership (cancellation requests are to be made via email)
  • Outstanding Payments
    • Any outstanding balances i.e. failed direct debit payments can be paid here.
  • Upcoming Classes
    • Book an upcoming group fitness class
    • View any upcoming classes you have booked
    • Cancel any upcoming group fitness classes
    • View the Group Fitness Timetable
  • Passes
    • Purchase a new pass
    • View details of any current passes you may have i.e. remaining visits, expiry date etc.
    • Join a session (group fitness class)
    • ‘Top up’ an existing pass
  • Personal Details
    • Edit your personal information
    • Change direct debit details/ account information
