Over 50s Program

  • S4L Challenge - If you have a good base level of fitness and you are looking to challenge yourself, this is your class! Using a variety of weights and cardio these classes are designed to be higher in intensity.
  • S4L Mobility - This class will focus more on mobility and functionality. It is designed for those who may need extra guidance on workouts and is lower in intensity.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:15am

And Mondays & Thursdays at 1:10pm

S4L Mobility
Tuesday & Thursday at 7:15am

Classes do not run on Public Holidays.
