DRLC offers personal training plus!
Participants can train 1-on-1 or with a friend (2-on-1) during 45 minute sessions with a DRLC trainer.
Included in your personal training package is:
- Nutritional guidance and advise
- Fitness age – measure and tracking
- A personalised healthy lifestyle plan
- Access to free health and wellbeing seminars at DRLC
