Six weeks to shake off last year and feel stronger than ever.

The new year brings a fresh opportunity to reset your routine, build confidence and focus on your wellbeing — and DRLC’s first 6-Week Challenge of the year is the perfect place to begin.

Designed for all fitness levels, the program offers a mix of strength, technique and cardio-based sessions led by our experienced gym team. Participants will receive support, structure and encouragement across the six weeks, helping them stay motivated and build positive long-term habits.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, continuing your fitness journey, or looking for a new challenge, the 6-Week Challenge provides a supportive environment to help you feel stronger, more energised and more consistent.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and is just $55.60 per week (a total of $334, to be paid upfront).
