Have you met Dervla and Kasia yet? They are fresh expertise and suport for all ages and stages.



They’ve been with us for a few months now, but they’re still new to many of our members — so we thought it was time to properly introduce them and tell you more about their areas of expertise and how they can help you feel confident, train safely and get the most out of every workout.

Both Dervla and Kasia bring a wealth of knowledge in sport-specific training, strength and conditioning, functional movement and building confidence for members of all ages and stages. Whether you're returning to exercise, chasing performance goals or

simply wanting to feel stronger and move better, they’re here to support you every step of the way.

DERVLA K.

If you’ve taken part in our 6-Week Challenge, chances are you’ve already met Dervla. She brings an energetic, technique-focused coaching style backed by her experience in competitive bodybuilding — which means if your goal is toning, shaping or building definition, she knows exactly how to help you get there.

Her approach is all about solid foundations, smart progression and helping you feel confident with every session.

KASIA J.

Kasia believes in the "healthy body, healthy mind" approach — because movement is the ultimate remedy. Her coaching is grounded in strength training with a strong focus on joint mobility, helping members build power and resilience. She also holds a Diploma in Nutrition, supporting members who want to make sustainable lifestyle and healthy food habit changes. with her prepare yourself to not only train your body but also to create the right mind space to be your best version.
