Our next 6-Week Challenge starts August 11 and now’s the time to lock in your goals.

Feeling like a mid-winter reset? Our 6-Week Challenge is back from Monday 11 August, and it’s built to help you kickstart healthy habits, stay motivated and train with purpose.

You’ll get access to a variety of group classes and support from our gym team to help you stay on track.

Whether you're chasing strength, fitness or confidence — this is the space to make it happen.

It’s open to all fitness levels. Come as you are and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Each session lasts 45 minutes and is just $55.60 per week (a total of $334, to be paid upfront).
