Due to high demand from our swimming, spinning, and dancing members, we’re excited to announce a few extra classes have been added to our schedule.
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness or meet new people, there’s something for everyone.
Coffee Club – Socialise & Swim – 8 AM
Our popular social swimming group, Coffee Club, has added another session. Due to high demand, we’re now offering a class every Friday as well – starting on the 18th of October. It’s the perfect way to get some laps in, meet fellow swimmers, and enjoy a coffee together after. If you're keen to start your mornings with a fresh splash, now's your chance!
Spin Class – Saturdays at 7:05 AM
Feel the burn with our Saturday morning Spin Class, now even earlier! This high-energy workout is ideal for kickstarting your weekend. Whether you're an experienced cyclist or new to spinning, our instructors will guide you through an exhilarating session that pushes your fitness limits. Join us every Saturday, starting from the 12th of October.
Zumba Class – Mondays at 6:30 PM
Shake it off and dance your way to fitness with our extra Zumba class! Beginning on Thursday, the 17th of October, this fun and high-energy workout is the perfect way to start your week. Zumba combines Latin-inspired dance moves with cardio, creating a full-body workout that’s both effective and enjoyable. No experience needed – just bring your energy and let’s dance!
