Ready to punch up your fitness?
We’re bringing the heat with our new Boxfit class – Wednesdays at 5:30 PM!
Led by our experienced instructors, Boxfit is a high-intensity, non-contact workout that combines boxing techniques, cardiovascular activity and strength-based drills to keep you challenged and energised.
The boxfit class is designed for all fitness levels to provide a fun engaging way to improve overall physical and mental wellbeing.
You can expect:
- Boxing combinations, footwork & pad work (gloves and pads provided)
- Cardio intervals to build endurance
- Strength with functional drills
- Speed, agility and coordination work
- Core work to finish strong
