Ready to punch up your fitness?



We’re bringing the heat with our new Boxfit class – Wednesdays at 5:30 PM!




Led by our experienced instructors, Boxfit is a high-intensity, non-contact workout that combines boxing techniques, cardiovascular activity and strength-based drills to keep you challenged and energised.


The boxfit class is designed for all fitness levels to provide a fun engaging way to improve overall physical and mental wellbeing.


You can expect:

Book your spot via the member portal or visit our friendly team at reception.


Bring your gloves (or borrow a pair from us), a towel and get ready to sweat!
