Join a weekly Tai Chi session with Larry Friedberg from taijisydney every Tuesday from 11 October to 13 December.
Tai Chi Improves blood circulation, moves stagnant energy and brings new vitality. It increases blood flow, enhances breathing and improves muscle flexibility, joint mobility, balance and coordination.
The class will be run as follows:
10 -11am: Beginners and continuing students.
11 - 11:30: More in-depth instruction for continuing students.
