Small Group Training

Small Group Training (S.G.T) Classes in the NEW Functional Training Studio! 

Ideal if you are training for an event or simply want to train with a few friends!

S.G.T is run with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people.
Sessions are available over various days and times to suit participants.

Classes are 45 minutes in duration and run for the following:

  • 10 week term/ 1 session per week or
  • 5 week term/ 2 sessions per week 

NOTE -  S.G.T is designed to compliment your own training.
