Choose from either early morning, mid-morning or evening sessions with a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10, SGT offers personalised and specialised training.

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration

  • 10 week term/ 1 session per week
  • Assessments and programming
  • Nutritional guidance and advice

  • Monday - 6.15am
  • Tuesday - 9.30am
  • Tuesday - 6.00pm
  • Thursday - 11:00am
