I have worked in the fitness industry since 2013 and have been a Personal Trainer for 4 years. In that time I have worked training 30 + clients a week. I specialise in strength and conditioning coaching particularly for guys with a slim build who find it hard to gain weight. I have also studied training kids and the elderly.
