School’s back, and so is Teen Gym

With the new school term starting, Teen Gym is back at DRLC from next Monday, 3rd of February.
It’s time for the 11–15 year-olds to jump back into their fitness routine with our structured fitness classes.
These sessions are the perfect way for teens to stay active, improve their strength, develop proper exercise techniques under the guidance of our expert instructors.
Teen Gym provides a safe and supportive environment for young members to grow their confidence, learn new skills, and make fitness a fun part of their weekly routine.
Whether they’re training to enhance their sports performance or simply want to stay active, we’re here to help them every step of the way!
