We have introduced new "swimming" group fitness class - D.R.I.F.T
D.R.I.F.T is a great all over workout, low impact and uses almost every muscle in your body!
This 30 minute class will assist swimmers with stroke correction and technique development, through the guidance and Instruction of a professionally qualified and highly experienced squad coach (John Keevers).
D.R.I.F.T is part of our Group Fitness timetable PDF, 765.5 KB and runs on Tuesday and Thursday at 12.30pm.
You can take advantage of this as part of your facility membership, including our new off peak membership (12-3pm).
All swimming abilities are welcome!
Note- this class is scheduled to run in the Competition Pool.
If the Competition Pool is unavailable preference will the Olympic Pool followed by the Training Pool.
