Our next 6 week Weight Loss Program runs from Monday, 27 May - Saturday, 6 July.
You can choose from 6am or 6.30pm small-group training sessions.
Whatever time slot you choose, all come with a bonus Saturday morning large group workout.
You also receive nutritional advice, weekly catch-ups with our trainers and much more!
There is a maximum of 10 people in all AM and PM groups (20 total).
