This webinar aims to raise awareness of the causes, signs and symptoms of Dementia, including obtaining a diagnosis, referral pathways and available support programs and services.
Dragana Bozinovski has been working with people living with Dementia and their Carers and families for over 10 years. Dragana is the Manager of Dementia Care Initiatives with 3 Bridges Community, she specialises in providing dementia education and counselling and facilitates the St George and Sutherland Dementia Alliance.
Wendy is the Manager of services for older people at Holdsworth Community with over 20 years of experience in the social sector. Wendy has a strong focus on connecting people living with dementia and their carers to innovative services that help them remain living in their homes and communities. Wendy is also driven by the belief that people living with dementia can continue to experience meaning and purpose when their skills, talents and strengths are engaged and recognised.
Suitable for people seeking to deepen their understanding of the impact of dementia.
